Phase Model: − Receive: automatically deriving the relevant features from the query string; hereby additional data is received from the web − Retrieve: a set of similar cases is retrieved from the case base, using a knowledge-intensive similarity measure − Reuse: the adaptation of each retrieved case (the sales value) is performed; thus each case reflects the value of the target domain − Remove/Reckon: in order to remove noise from the assessment results, outliers are removed and a weighted average is computed − Review/Recalculate: experts may then review the solution; they can modify the cases and weights used, which leads to a recalculation − Revise/Retain: the negotiation of the sales price takes place; the final sales price leads to a new case in the case base
